We ship worldwide. All orders include free shipping — no minimum required. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive in 10–18 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo or video as proof. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Refunds are only issued with photo or video evidence of a fault. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
